Registration

Registration is now open for the 2013 Annual Case Study Teaching in Science Conference in Buffalo, New York.  The dates for the conference are Friday, September 20th, and Saturday, September 21st. To view the full program for the conference including abstracts for each session, click on Schedule from the menu to the left.


Registration Fees (in U.S. dollars)

Registration:  $575.00

Saturday-Only Registration:  $350.00

Extra Banquet Tickets (guests or Saturday-only attendees):  $60.00

Registration Deadline:  September 5, 2013

Regular registration includes buffet lunch and morning/afternoon coffee breaks on both Friday and Saturday, as well as the Friday evening reception & banquet. A full buffet breakfast is available to those staying at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center, compliments of the hotel. Breakfast is served in the hotel's restaurant. Extra Friday night dinner tickets are available for a fee. Please indicate any extra banquet tickets when you register.

Saturday-only registration includes lunch and coffee breaks. If you want to attend the Friday night banquet dinner, tickets are available for an extra fee. Please indicate if you would like to purchase a banquet ticket when you register.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation requests must be in writing and must be received by us no later than Wednesday, September 5, 2013. A $100 processing fee will apply to ALL registration cancellations. Please send cancellation requests to Carolyn Wright's attention via email (nccsts@buffalo.edu) or fax (716-645-2975). No refunds will be given after September 5, 2013. There will be no refunds for individuals who register for the conference, but do not attend.


Hotel Reservations

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. There are a limited number of rooms available at the Ramada Inn & Conference Center. We have arranged for a special conference rate of $76.00/double queen room (plus tax). The deadline for reservations at the special rate is Thursday, September 5, 2013. When registering at the hotel, be sure to say you are with the "UB Case Study Conference" in order to receive the discounted rate.
